I thought the pavement of my house was very nice, and that it would be even nicer to emulate it in a fractal... just what I did now. Inspiration really comes at the most unexpected times, doesn't it?
I also tried making the gradient look like the original as much as possible, but that was a little harder to do... so I got content with a loose resemblance.

This reminds me of The Fifth Element, one of my favorite movies. Wouldn't it be sweet if tiles light up when you set on them?
