Long due commission for ~Mars-Frog, my most generous Points donor so far. He asked me to make a fractal that would make me think of a simple joy in life.

While it's not related to llamas as he had thought, it does have that component - this fractal represents the Empyrean heaven, God's dwelling-place in Dante's Divine Comedy, the highest layer of paradise. I'm not religious, but I've always liked religious imagery and all its associated legends and myths, and I love trying to depict some of them with fractals. Plus, the sky's been my childhood dream place and the wish to fly has accompanied me for most of my years. It's a happy remembrance. Hope this works as the given commission theme. :aww:

!Gorgeous! This is one of the most beautiful fractals I've ever seen! I think your sky themed fractals are so pretty. Although I don't exactly have experience in fractals, I thought a critique from someone not knowledgeable might be interesting to you.

Overall, the colours are really nice, you hit the nail on the head with 'heavenly', the bright colours somehow mix to create something really soft. The overall look is divine.

It reminds me of those beautiful star clouds, and it really appeals to the eye. Also the fact there are certain points that the pattern is more intricate, and other areas the colours have mixed to create gentle cloud formations. It gives it a look of depth, without trying too hard.

Again, it doesn't have the usual computer generated look of fractals, which makes it unique.

To finish, I hope you think I'm being fair!
