This is a fascinating image with a photographic sense of composition. The wild water cascades onto the pool in the moor, but doesn't disturb the tranquil ripples. Deliciously surreal.

this puts me in mind of some kind of epic sea monster rising out of the waters. Its head looks a lot like a turtle's though.

A turtlehead? My. Now that you say it... yes! I thought it had something quite real I couldn't recall, and I believe it really was about turtles. The sea monster image is quite alike to what I had in mind: a monochrome, distant wasteland. Thank you! :hug:
